The retail price of the goodie bag is around £30, this isn't mentioned in our messaging.

Key Terms:

• Date and Time: Between 1pm on 12th September 2026 to 10pm 17th September 2026 ('Entry Period') at Participating Stores (All stores will have goodie bags subject to while stocks last).
• Eligibility mechanic: Customers that pre-order the iPhone 18 Pro (All Variants) or iPhone 18 Pro Max (All Variants) from a Participating Store during the Entry Period. Will receive one Goodie Bag.
• Exclusive gift: 1 x Goodie bag worth £30 containing - Cooler Bag, resueable Ice Pack, Travel Coffee cup, Spray cleaner, Microfibre cloth, Can of Appletiser, Branded leaflets, Tonys Chocolate Bar.

1. Only one Goodie Bag per customer (18+) pre-order of the iPhone 18 Pro (All Variants) or iPhone 18 Pro Max (All Variants) during the Entry Period from a Participating Store is allowed. Purchases not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
2. Goodie bags available whilst stock lasts only.
3. O2 will not be responsible for any inability of a customer to take up the specified redemption.
4. The Goodie Bag is non-transferable and no alternative is offered. O2 reserves the right to provide substitute Goodie Bags and any of the contents of equal or greater value should the specified Goodie Bag become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
5. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this redemption, O2 reserves the right to end or suspend the offer; amend these terms & conditions; declare void.
6. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
7. O2's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. O2 reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
